I went to 3 different garages in Ostrava, ine of which was a Skoda dealership. All 3 almost laughed in my face and said come back end of May.
I then went to Auto Heller. The service is perfect! Quick, helpful, friendly. The service team had a quick look, understood the problem and ensured me all was ok and safe to drive.
They quickly called me back to advise what the issue was, how long it would take to fix, and a rough estimate on price.
Outstanding service!!
