Baroque Hall

I don't recommend this place. We didn't get the room we booked, when we complaint they told us the room no longer exists, nevertheless its still on booking. The staff was very rude, when we had a complaint they just told us that we should go to a different hotel. We have waited more than half an hour to get to our room, because our friend who left earlier left the key for us on the reception. However there was no one on the reception, we couldnt reach them by the phone, after half an hour of trying, the man opened the door from the reception handed us the keys and told us to calm down and stop making problems. Super rude!

It's clean, bathrooms are outside the room and you have to share but nonetheless, they are clean. The star are for the two beautiful but not nice dogs from reception wich is in the same room as the dining area. If you had a question after breakfast you went and asked, up the stairs and suddenly the two dogs charged. I was not the only one, a guy next day did the same, I ate with my back on the reception and I couldn't warn him. He was also happy. On top of all, the guy at the reception didn't even batt an eye or say sorry so the star is for this kind of attitude. And there where aso kids there. What would have happened if they went to the leashed dogs?

Really bad place. Difficult to locate don't even have a name displaying board. Entrance looks groovy, the guy in the reception was really careless about the customer and was smoking infront of us at the reception table. They don't even help you or give tips for visiting Prague, not even a city map is given. Coming to rooms they have shower inside the room with sliding transparent doors. Not even curtains are there and WC is common between the rooms. Food was cold right out the fridge and disgusting. You can't even eat anything there, such bad food. Tried to have juice atleast but it's only juice mixed with lots of water. Very bad experience. How can I forgot about the dogs. Two dogs in the reception just beside the breakfast place were barking so loud. You don't feel like staying in such an environment. Highlight is they have welcome note like this ' hot beer, lousy food, bad service.......... welcome have a nice day ' this shows their recklessness and not caring about the customers.

I can't recommend this place because clean room can't compensate the rudeness of the staff. We did not get the room we booked but two separate rooms on different floors of the building and also the dogs in the reception\breakfast room (same room) were bit too much. There is a recommendation to leave key at reception when leaving for the day but when we did so it was hard 20+ minutes to get to the key when we came back, nobody was piking up the phone and when giving us the key the very rude attitude was added bonus we did not appreciate..

Really sad experience . When arrive to check in I has been already stop by this guy’s who’s wouldn’t let me in after a 6hours trip. Asking 3 time to check in . He closed the doors a front of me and didn’t try anything regardless of been a visitor who will ending in the street of Prague at night . Whatsoever I didn’t insist and found a bar in meantime to look for others hotel in Prague around me at least for the night . Next day I just send a notification to the hotel . “Hi I wondering what happened to my booking . When I arrived last night I as been told off and needed to take an others hotel. As the person I meet wouldn’t let me check in . Hope I have a positive answers. Kinds regards Gael looking for a great week in Prague .” Without any answer back from the hotel . I book an others for my stay without looking furthers any complication . Nearly the date leaving Prague . I notice my bank card could not paid anymore and get decline everywhere I go . Well after investigate notice this hotel charge them self my stay “ was normal for me” but 1 day later my check in due charge me an amount out of nowhere. Really want people to get aware of this unfaithful people who can ruine your holiday if your are travelling on budget . Ignore this address if you like to enjoy Prague . Gael

This place was nightmare. It started with not getting the apartment we ordered. The staff was rude and did not take us seriously. He offered us 2 separated rooms on different floors. After our complaints he just left. Another night we have problems to get back into hostel. Starring half-hour through the closed door at two dogs who were occupying the dining table, wasn't our planned activity. If it's possible choose another accommodation ;)

I recommend to choose another accommodation. Hostel has clean rooms, but dogs are sleeping on tables where in the morning guests are eating. The service is horrible, you can' t access reception, because of the dogs or at night most likely somebody from next door bar will open door for you to hostel, not the staff from hostel. How the staff was dealing with us was poor and very, very rude. On the site they had lies and incorrect information and when we argued with them they said that what we should expect for such money and next time we should go to Hilton.

Be careful, scammers! In this hotel, the staff is rude, there are bugs in the rooms, and dogs are kept in the kitchen. In no case do not disclose the details of your bank cards to the staff, they will charge you double payment. Unfortunately we did book a room in this hotel, now we have to deal with banks and courts in order to return the money stolen from us. Осторожно, мошенники! В этом отеле персонал хамит, в номерах клопы, а на кухне держат собак. Ни в коем случае не сообщайте банные банковских карт персоналу, снимают оплату в двойном размере.
