Pěkně zrekonstruovaný středověký kamenný obloukový můstek na Špitálském předměstí působí sice trochu nenápadně, přesto jde o zajímavou technickou památku, chráněnou státem od roku 1958. Zděný neomítaný most přes potok Bystřici je tvořen jedním polem mostního oblouku. The nicely reconstructed medieval stone arch bridge in the suburb of Špitálské suburb looks a bit inconspicuous, but it is an interesting technical monument, protected by the state since 1958. The brick unedged bridge across the Bystřice stream is formed by one field of the bridge arch. On both sides, the masonry rises above the terrain level and forms a railing. During the Thirty Years' War it played a strategic role - it was used by both the Swedish and imperial troops, and during the Napoleonic Wars (1803–1815) it was also used by the French army. The bridge was damaged by floods many times. At the end of the 20th century it was almost destroyed, restored at the beginning of the 21st century. The former Czech or Steinkopf Mill (No. 283) is also located near the bridge, the oldest picture of which can be found on the veduta of the town of Kadaň by Jan Willenberg from 1602. A baroque statue of St. John of Nepomuk was erected near the road between Bystřice Bridge and the Prague Bridge, at that time he was very popular patron of bridges. This statue still stands near the Bystřický medieval bridge.
