Dont waste your time, service could not be bothered, atrocious wait time for food. Stood up, paid for drinks only and left.

! DO NOT EAT OR DRINK HERE ! Very bad crêpe and service. The (blond) lady laughed about our order of 1 crêpe (like we have to buy a minimum of crêpes). Very, very bad. Don’t order here please.

Based on my experience it seems the service has improved considerably since some of the older negative reviews. The food was quite OK and met expectations.

Great crepes! A lot of really good topping, delicious fruits. Nice and smiling serving staff. Comfortable seeding. Breakfast there are a bit more expensive but it's delicious and you will not be hungry after it. :) They also have salads and menus for lunch, not just sweet meals. Good and not expensive bottle of Czech white wine! Perfect for me :) Menu is in English as well. Nice view down through the shopping mall :)

We ordered one piece of cake and two cappuccinos (one normal cappuccino and one cappuccino lactose-free and caffeine-free). The waitress brought the cake in a couple of minutes. Then she served all the people who came later than us. We waited for our cappuccinos for about half an hour! I went to the cash desk and asked where our coffee was. Even after that, they did not begin to serve it. They were engaged in other orders. And the waitress was engaged in her smartphone. Finally, the waitress brought one cappuccino instead of two. She has completely forgotten that we ordered two cappuccinos. She did not explain normally (in English) which cappuccino she brought – normal or lactose- and caffeine-free. We thought that it was normal cappuccino for my mother. After that the waitress brought one more cappuccino and told us that the first one was lactose- and caffeine-free (for me). But my mother has already drunk it. Finally I left without my coffee. As I asked the waitress about her name to complain, she turned her back on me and went to another table. I find it ABSOLUTELY no-go!!! I went to the manager, she also was not able to speak English. We spoke broken Russian. The Manager offered to make cappuccino for me “to go”, but I didn´t like to stay anymore in this awful Kavarna Creperie! I don´t understand how in the cafeteria in the center of Prague the stuff doesn't speak and understand English! The waitress came later during our dialogue with the manager. She didn't apologize, even had no idea to apologize! She began to argue and raise her voice. Finally the manager made only a 10% discount for the order. They had no idea to make one coffee (that I couldn´t drink) for free. I had to pay the whole order with a 10% discount. I have lived in Europe (Germany, Austria) for more than 14 years. And I have never experienced such terrible customer service and attitude.

We really liked our visit! The coffee and homemade limo was amazing, the pastry was great as well! We got served by a sweet brunette girl, she took a good care of us! :)
