Toyota s nimi vypadá líp a při spaní se tolik nemlží auto. Super rád zde nakupuji. Super approach, when the goods were not in stock, they turned to me and politely asked me if I was willing to wait. P	Petr Boxan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám úplně stejnou zkušenost, jako popisoval jiný uživatel - Carvin mi neuznal vrácení zboží ve 14-denní lhůtě, a to přesto že jsem zboží odeslal 14. den po obdržení. Paní na infolince mi sdělila, že jsem neposlal odstoupení i mailem a zboží jim přišlo pozdě. Ano, právo je na jejich straně, ale fakticky jim žádná škoda nevznikla, což mi paní na infolince nepřímo potvrdila, protože mi nebyla schopna argumentovat, proč společnost tak striktně trvají na tom že mi peníze nevrátí. Většina mých dotazů skončila odpovědí, že o tomto nehodná diskutovat - typická odpověď, když není argument. Perlička na neuznaném vrácení zboží bylo opětovné účtování nákladů za zpětné odeslání zboží!! Společnost Carvin se jednoduše snaží ze zákazníka vymáčknout maximum, bez jakéhokoli vstřícného kroku. Stále se jen odkazuje na obchodní podmínky, které mají určitě spoustu chytáků, např. vyžadují při vrácení zboží originál faktury, ne kopii!!, sídlo firmy odlišné od provozovny a další nestandardní lahůdky. Jen za ten krátký telefonický hovor na infolince na mě paní vysypala tolik odkazů na obchodní podmínky, že jsem si připadal, jak kdybych jednal se "šmejdy". A v mých očích tato společnost takto funguje. A to, že se pan jednatel v některém příspěvku níže snaží nalhat, že je jejich jednání vždy vstřícné, je úsměvné. Můj první a poslední nákup u nich (udělal jsem ještě jednu drobnou objednávku jen proto, abych mohl varovat uživatele na Heurece jelikož mi nepřišel odkaz k napsání recenze). I have exactly the same experience as another user described - Carvin did not recognize my return of the goods within 14 days, despite the fact that I sent the goods on the 14th day after receipt. The lady at the infoline told me that I did not send the resignation by e-mail and that the goods arrived late. Yes, the law is on their side, but in fact they did not suffer any damage, which the lady on the infoline indirectly confirmed to me, because she was not able to argue why the company insisted so strictly that they would not return my money. Most of my questions ended up answering that unworthy to discuss - a typical answer when there is no argument. The pearl on the unrecognized return of goods was the re-charging of the cost of returning the goods !! Carvin simply tries to squeeze the maximum out of the customer, without any helpful step. It still only refers to business conditions, which certainly have a lot of catches, for example, they require the original invoice when returning the goods, not a copy !!, the registered office of the company different from the establishment and other non-standard delicacies. Just for that short phone call on the infoline, the lady poured so many references on business conditions to me that I felt as if I were dealing with "scumbags". And in my eyes, this company works like this. And the fact that the executive in some of the posts below tries to lie that their actions are always accommodating is funny. My first and last purchase from them (I made another small order just so I could warn users on Heurec because I didn't receive a link to write a review).

Tekute sterace, ktere skvele smiji starou vrstvu funkcnich tekutych steracu, ale vodu neodpuzuji, gumicky do steracu, jenz se uplne rozpadly za tri mesice a deflektory z Polska, ktere se rozpadly uz pri montazi. Jiz ten den pri reklamaci jsem byl obvinen z neodborne montaze (meli byste videt video) a tak mi nezbyva nic jineho nez vyckat pravdepodobne 30 dni k vyjadreni, predani veci znalci a odhaduji, ze i v tomto pripade i zastoupeni pravni kancelari, ktera si jen letos ode me uz prilepsi takto podruhe. Kdo chce kam... I bought "NIC" three times in total. Liquid wipers, which perfectly mix the old layer of functional liquid wipers, but do not repel water, rubber into the wiper, which completely disintegrated in three months and deflectors from Poland, which disintegrated during assembly. Already that day during the complaint I was accused of unprofessional installation (you should see the video) and so I have nothing left but to wait probably 30 days to comment, sell the thing to an expert and I estimate that even in this case even represented by the legal office, this year since I will be glued like this for the second time. Who wants where ...

Koupili jsme zde na eshopu podložku do auta do kufru, druhý den jsme ji šli vrátit a bohužel nás v obchodě osočili, že jsme ji používali nebo vyměnili někde za jinou, že je používaná, což nebyla samozřejmě pravda a neměli jsme ji doma ani 24 hodin. Velmi nepříjemné jednání a osočování, že je podvádíme. Bohužel obchod nedoporučuji. Hello, unfortunately I have to evaluate this shop as with a very bad approach. We bought a car mat in the trunk here at the e-shop, we went to return it the next day and unfortunately they told us in the store that we used it or exchanged it for another that it was used, which was of course not true and we didn't have it at home for 24 hours . Very annoying behavior and finger pointing that we cheat on them. Unfortunately, I do not recommend the store.
