Vše vyšlo presně podle našich představ. Organizace před cestou a rovněž na místě byla skvělá, vše zajištěno do posledního detailu. Cením si osobního a vstřícného přístupu, který trval od vymýšlení programu až po jeho realizaci. Na místě pak všechno fungovalo skvěle. I díky této zkušenosti jsme se při další cestě, tentokrát na Maledivy, opět obrátili na stejnou cestovní kancelář a opět musím poděkovat za skvělou organizaci, vstřícnost a maximální pochopení pro všechny naše požadavky a přání. In 2018, I first discovered the offer of CK Reina Travel, when we were planning a family sightseeing trip to Brazil, which we finally realized thanks to this travel agency, with my then 7-year-old son. Everything went exactly according to our ideas. The organization before the trip and also on site was great, everything ensured to the last detail. I appreciate the personal and helpful approach, which lasted from the creation of the program to its implementation. Everything worked great on site. Thanks to this experience, we turned to the same travel agency again on the next trip, this time to the Maldives, and again I must thank you for the great organization, helpfulness and maximum understanding for all our requirements and wishes.

Její služby byly opět perfektní s velkým důrazem na detail, skvělými doporučeními na konkrétní lokality a aktivity. Zároveň jsme i tentokrát ocenili velkou flexibilitu a rychlé reakce v momentě, kdy se doslova noc před odletem zřítil jediný příjezdový most do naší první lokality pod náporem rozvodněně řeky a my jsme museli přeplánovat ubytování ve všech destinacích i přesuny mezi nimi. Irenu mohu vřele doporučit a zároveň její služby zcela jistě znovu využijeme. Irena Andrlová and her Reina Travel were preparing a trip to South America for the second time, this time to Costa Rica. Her services were again perfect with great attention to detail, great recommendations for specific locations and activities. At the same time, we appreciated the great flexibility and quick reactions at the moment when literally the night before departure the only access bridge to our first location collapsed under the onslaught of the river substation and we had to reschedule accommodation in all destinations and transfers between them. I can highly recommend Irena and at the same time we will definitely use her services again.
