★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nákup proběhl v pořádku, ovšem s poskytovanými zárukami a jednáním obchodu se zákazníkem při reklamaci jsem byl velice nespokojený. Svůj další nákup budu směřovat rozhodně k jinému obchodu, který mi poskytne lepší záruku, že za své peníze dostanu zboží v kvalitě kterou jsem si zaplatil. Nikdy jsem bohužel neměl podobný problém s reklamací zboží jako právě v tomto obchodě.
The purchase went well, but I was very dissatisfied with the guarantees provided and the dealings with the customer during the complaint. I will definitely direct my next purchase to another store, which will give me a better guarantee that for my money I will receive goods in the quality I paid for. Unfortunately, I have never had a similar problem with complaints about goods as in this store.
