★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ráda by jsem informovala vedení společnosti, že na pobočce Zličín pracuje velmi neochotný a nekompetentní pracovník, kterého jeho práce evidentně obtěžuje. Nezná podmínky sjednání zájezdu. Důsledkem neochoty Vašeho zaměstnance a aroganci jsme vytočené odešly z pobočky a zájezd sjednaly za stejnou cenu u ochotné a vřelé cestovní kanceláře Invia.
I would like to inform the company's management that a very reluctant and incompetent employee works at the Zličín branch, who is obviously bothered by his work. He does not know the conditions for arranging the trip. Due to the reluctance of your employee and arrogance, we left the branch and arranged a trip for the same price at the willing and warm travel agency Invia.
