Po dvouhodinovém telefonování jsem si zásilku s musel vyzvednout sám na 80 km vzdalenem depu.za dopravu nedoručeného balíku účtováno 350,- Hodně špatné. The shipment was not delivered, no phone contact or no one came, the tele.dotazu was told that the package is not. After a two-hour phone call, I had to pick up the shipment myself at 80 km away from the depot.

Arogantní zákaznický servis, arogantní operátorka na telefonu. Snaha vyřešit problém na bodu 0. A company that does not understand that delivering a package to the next village to the Parcel shop is a problem for the customer. Definitely further from them in the future. They will not send a notice that they will deliver the consignment or I will not deliver it. They will take it straight to the PPL point.

Another delivery is marked twice 'no addressee' and again, no phone or other notifications. Hope they deliver the shipment after all. But can't be sure about that

Basically, they lied for 6 different events. A friend of mine had to go and retire the package for me, since they close at 5 p.m. and I work until 5:30. Again, terrible
