★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já jako nekuřák o doutnících nic nevím, naštěstí to vůbec nevadilo, pán poradil a pomohl s výběrem, zmínil jsem, že je to dárek pro kamaráda, doutníky zabalil a dal do taštičky. Skvělý zákaznický přístup, určitě doporučuji :)
As a non-smoker, I don't know anything about cigars, fortunately it didn't matter at all, the gentleman advised and helped with the selection, I mentioned that it was a gift for a friend, he packed cigars and put them in a bag. Great customer approach, I definitely recommend :)

I recommend! Really incredibly nice staff! I bought a friend a holiday present here and the gentleman at the box office wrapped it for me to make it look better and offered me a bag for free. Such a gesture immediately makes a person's day. Thank you!

The owner is realy kind and ready to show all the products that hè have in stock. He gave to me a lot of advice and new suggestions about cigars.
