★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejlepší banka, u které jsem kdy byl (Komerční banka, Česká spořitelna, air bank) Nikdy se neobjevili skryté poplatky za služby, které jsem nepoužíval. Férové jednání. Jen vklad hotovosti je trochu problém. Ale nikdy bych neměnil!
 The best bank I've ever been to (Komerční banka, Česká spořitelna, air bank) There have never been hidden charges for services I have not used. Fair play. Just depositing cash is a bit of a problem. But I would never change!

Пытался открыть тут карточку.
Отделение открылось ровно 08:30, как и написано, сразу появились клиенты.
Девушка которая нас обслуживала говорит на английском.
В целом, по отделению, все отлично. 5/5
Вдаваться в подробности не буду, долго расписывать, но карточку пока открыть не могу из-за технической ошибки в их системе. В отделении сказали "мы вышлем запрос тех службе или как-то так". Через пол часа информировали, что вопрос решен, но нужно снова идти к отделение и тогда можно будет оформить карточку..... короче система, мягко говоря, оставляет желать лучшего 1/5.
Посмотрим, что будет в итоге. Пока что средняя оценка этого банка в целом 5 звезд за отделение +1 звезда за систему, делим на 2 = 3 звезды в среднем.

I tried to open a card here.
The branch opened at 08:30 exactly, as it was written, customers immediately appeared.
The girl who served us speaks English.
In general, by department, everything is fine. 5/5
I won’t go into details for a long time, but I’ll not be able to open the card due to a technical error in their system. The department said, "we will send a request to those of the service or something like that." After half an hour I was informed that the issue had been resolved, but I had to go to the office again and then I could issue a card ..... in short, the system, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired 1/5.
Let's see what will be the result. So far, the average rating of this bank as a whole is 5 stars per branch +1 star per system, divide by 2 = 3 stars on average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. Hands down the worst bank you could ever use. Horrible customer service, incompent, and unprofessional. Leave customers without debit cards for WEEKS without access to money. Go ANYWHERE ELSE

"Certainly sir, it seems the problem is your card has been blocked"
"Uh okay, well I need to make payments, can you tell me why it's been blocked? Can I unblock it?"
"Sorry, all you can do is order a new card"
"I see, how long would that take?"
"Two weeks at least"
"We can't get a new card sooner? This is for a business account..."
"You could order one here, but it would cost you 300czk"
"So you block our card without even announcing it, then want to charge me to get a new one set up quickly?"
Oh and their exported CSVs are terrible. Probably the worst choice for a bank. Much regret.
