★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel IDOL má starší vybevení pokojů i wellness. Personál byl velmi příjemný a ochotný. Snidaně je tu dobrá. Objednal jsem si večeři v rámci polopenze. Pak si můžete ráno vybrat jedno ze dvou jídel. U vchodu jsou krbová kamna, u kterých se příjemně zahřejete. Venku je parkoviště pro dostatečný počet aut. POZOR na správný sjezd k hotelu. Mapy ukazují sjezd do Chaty Lom, což je špatně. Když jedete ze spodu, tak musíte odbočit kousek dříve. Do ski areálu Horní mísečky se pěšky jen tak jednoduše nedostanete. Šli jsme pěšky posilnici a pak je jedna cesta lesem.
Hotel IDOL has older room and wellness facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good here. I ordered dinner with half board. Then you can choose one of two meals in the morning. At the entrance there is a fireplace, where you can warm up. Outside there is a parking lot for a sufficient number of cars. ATTENTION to the correct exit to the hotel. Maps show the descent to Chata Lom, which is wrong. When you drive from the bottom, you have to turn a little earlier. You can't easily reach the Horní místečky ski area on foot. We walked to the gym and then there is one way through the woods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place at good location. Ideal destination for families. There is a outdoor&indoor playground for kids. We really enjoyed the time at whirlpool and relaxing next to fireplace. staff is friendly and pleasant.
We enjoyed the latest local cuisine....all was really delicious.....I can just simply recommend.
