Obuv jsem šla ve čtrnáctidenní lhůtě vrátit, paní prodavačka si obuv vzala, musela jsem jí nahlásit číslo účtu, že prý neumí vrátit peníze na účet přes kartu, kterou bylo placeno. Obuv poslala na jejich ústředí, odkud mi přišla SMS zpráva, že moje vrácení zamítli z důvodu nošení obuvi. Paní na ústředí mi řekla, že podešev byla znečištěná, byly tam kamínky a obuv byla sešlapaná. Toto je naprostý nesmysl, protože jsem v obuvi venku nechodila. Pokud je teď obuv v tomto stavu, co s ní tedy po mém vrácení na prodejně provedli???
I bought shoes through the e-shop, I paid for the goods at the store with a card. I went to return the shoes within a fortnight, the saleswoman took the shoes, I had to tell her the account number that she could not return the money to the account via the card that was paid for. She sent the shoes to their headquarters, from where I received an SMS message that they refused my return due to wearing the shoes. The lady at headquarters told me that the sole was dirty, there were stones and the shoes were trampled. This is complete nonsense, because I didn't go outside in my shoes. If the shoes are in this condition now, what did they do with it after my return at the store ???
