Extrémně nestabilní internet PO KABELU! s úplnými výpadky připojení. 6 měsíců trvalo než našli kabel k připojení v ulici kde reklamovali připojení rychlostí 120Mb. V průběhu dne výpadky připojení internetu někdy i na hodiny! Paní na infolince nezkušená a v podstatě jen vyřizuje korespondenci. Po opakovaných pokusech o nápravu a dožadování se služeb za které platíme se situace nezměnila. Proto rušíme a odcházíme i s nehorázně vysokou finanční sankcí. Za nás určitě nedoporučuji! During the day internet outages sometimes even for hours! Lady in the infoline is inexperienced and basically only handles correspondence. After repeated attempts to rectify and demand the services we pay for, the situation has not changed. That is why we cancel and leave with a blatantly high financial penalty. For us certainly do not recommend!

Můj klient již více než 3 týdny čeká na zapojení kabelové televize a stále nic. každý den volám na zákaznickou linku, stále stejná informace... nevědí, proč to není zapojené, dokonce ani nemohou zjistit, zda byla platba správně spárovaná, nemohou dát kontakt na někoho, kdo by věděl víc než oni, nemohou přepojit na technika pro konzultaci, zda není problém přímo v připojení tv v bytě... Každý den zapíší požadavek na zapojení, na kontaktování, případně to ještě "vytuní" tím , že připíší, že to je urgentní. Tuto firmu rozhodně nemohu doporučit. I would give 0 stars, but unfortunately it is not possible. My client has been waiting for cable TV for more than 3 weeks and still nothing. I call the customer line every day, still the same information ... they don't know why it's not involved, they can't even find out if the payment was paired correctly, they can't contact someone who knows more than they do, they can't switch to a technician for a consultation whether there is a problem directly in the connection of the TV in the apartment ... Every day he writes a request for connection, for contacting, or it even "hardens" it by acknowledging that it is urgent. I definitely can't recommend this company.
