Very scorned the building was sad and out-of-the-way interesting sculptures that are in bad shape but beautifully drawn a pity that it gradually disintegrates

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna z památek obce Chvaleč je kostel sv. Jakuba Většího postavený v roce 1706. Barokní kostel byl postaven na místě původního dřevěného kostelíka z roku 1354. Ve zdivu místy svislé praskliny. Místy poškozena podstřešní římsa. Část oken je rozbita. Omítka silně poškozena. Stejně jako většina kostelů na Náchodsku je spíš ostudou než památkou. Místním to nevadí?
One of the monuments of Chvaleč is the church of st. Jakub Větší was built in 1706. The Baroque church was built on the site of the original wooden church from 1354. Vertical cracks are sometimes found in the walls. Damaged under-roof cornice in places. Part of the windows is broken. Plaster heavily damaged. Like most churches in Náchod, it is more a disgrace than a monument. Local does not matter?
