Vyhovuje mi i systém objednání. Originally, I only visited the dental clinic myself, I gradually transferred my three children here, the care is absolutely professional. T	Tomas Rut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Důrazně varuji před touto ordinací. Komunikace zubařky nulová. Prý je nutné vyměnit amalganovou plombu za bílou z důvodu kazu. Se zubem jsem neměl sebemenší problém. Proběhla výměna za 2500,-Kč, po týdnu jsem do zubu dostal na dovolené zánět, bolesti a týden antibiotika. Zkažená dovolená. Měsíc po dovolené zánět do dalšího zubu. S prudkými bolestmi jsem musel vyhledat zubní pohotovost. V tomto dalším zubu jsem měl dlouhodobě zanedbaný zubní kaz (mám na to doklad). Zubař nemohl věřit, že jsem u mého zubaře byl před měsícem. Závěr. Krásná bílá plomba bude muset pryč. Čeká mne vyčištění kanálku a nová plomba. Sranda za 10 až 12 tisíc a zničený zub. A to ještě chodím na preventivní prohlídky! Takže díky! Nejsou zubaři a než tohle, tak raději veterináře. I strongly warn against this surgery. Dentist's communication is zero. A month after the holiday of inflammation to another tooth. With severe pain, I had to seek a dental emergency. In this next tooth I had a long-term neglected tooth decay (I have proof of this). The dentist couldn't believe I was at my dentist a month ago. Conclusion. The beautiful white seal will have to go away. A canal cleaning and a new seal await me. Funny for 10 to 12 thousand and a destroyed tooth. And I still go for preventive check-ups! So thanks! They are not dentists and rather veterinarians than this.

Paní doktorka rusky mluvící Vás při příchodu sotva pozdraví, natož aby se zeptala a probrala s vámi s čím tam jdete, co vás trápí - vůbec nezájem...bohužel mě tento přístup a chování velmi zklamalo a přešla jsem s dětmi jinam. The clinic is new, it looks beautiful, that's the only plus for me. The Russian-speaking doctor will hardly greet you on arrival, let alone ask you and discuss with you what you are going through, what is bothering you - not at all interested ... unfortunately this approach and behavior disappointed me a lot and I went elsewhere with the children.
J	Jan Novák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji!!!!! Já mám po dentalní hygieně v této ordinaci nárust citlivosti zubů o 200%, synovi opravovali kaz v mléčném zubu prý dočastnou plombou. Tákže samozřejmně dostal zánět…mléčné zuby se neopravují…To asi paní doktorku nenaučili..a dále manželce vytrhávali stoličku a zapoměli ji v dásni kus zubu, po nekolika dnech strašných bolestí vyhledána pohotovost kde vše napravili…a třešnička na dortu je když jsme rušili den předem synovu prohlídku z důvodu že nastydl a následnému objednání po uzdravení, že jsme pozdě zrušili a máme zaplatit pokutu 500,-. Takže doporučuji všem co chcete vyhazovat peníze oknem a trpět. I do not recommend !!!!! Paní doktorka v první ordinaci je velice příjemná, pacientovi vše vysvětlí a při ošetření Vám celou dobu i se sestrou říkají co zrovna dělají, aby jste se nebáli. Bohužel ve druhé ordinaci paní doktorce není vůbec rozumět, takže nevíte nic a sestra Vás rychle vypakuje z ordinace a ještě Vám hlasitě vysvětluje to co Vám měla říct v ordinaci doktorka. Mamince bylo nepříjemné, když to slyšela celá čekárna. Kliniku i nadále doporučujeme. Both parents visit the clinic and are very satisfied with the overall care and conduct. Unfortunately, in the second surgery, the doctor does not understand at all, so you know nothing and the nurse quickly pulls you out of the surgery and still loudly explains to you what the doctor should have told you in the surgery. My mother was uncomfortable when the whole waiting room heard that. We still recommend the clinic.
J	Jaromír Ludwig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu ostuda zdravotnictví, má přítelkyně se byla v této DIVNÉ KLINICE objednat na implantát. Běžný pohovor-domluva sice v cizím jazyce, ale budiž. Potom přišlo na snímkování. Byla doporučená jakási jejich klinika, s tím má přítelkyně nesouhlasila s tím že si nechá udělat snímek jinde za poloviční cenu. Po osnímkování a dovezení snímku na jejich kliniku se nic měsíc nestalo, následoval tel. hovor a bylo přítelkyni sděleno že to neumí paní doktorka zobrazit. Že to neumí její zařízení přečíst. Takže jsem se stavil pro CD na klinice a na svém zařízení jsem ho bez problému zobrazil. Takže znovu cesta do kliniky. Tam jsem to nechal na recepci a po cca hodině paní doktorka telefonicky sdělila že to chce pouze od té kliniky kterou jí doporučila. A že ať si to nechá celé udělat tam kde jí dělali ten snímek. I left it there at the reception and after about an hour the doctor said by phone that she only wanted it from the clinic she recommended. V	Veronika Štamfestová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentální hygienu nedoporučuji, nekvalitně odvedená práce. Vybrala jsem si kliniku z časových důvodů, abych nemusela s malým mimčem dojíždět do Prahy. Hygiena u celé rodiny netrvala déle než hodinu u všech. Prý máme pěkně zuby a na hygienu chodíme pravidelně, tak stačí jednou za rok. Po roce k mému nemilému překvapení musím řešit zánět a tudíž jsem na jiné klinice absolvovala dentální čištění, které bylo precizní a trvalo skoro 3 hodiny a kde mi potvrdili, že hygiena byla špatně provedena. Podotýkám, že na dentální hygienu chodím spoustu let a nikdy jsem nic podobného neřešila. Jinak přístup personálu, objednání i prostředí super. I do not recommend dental hygiene, poor work. I chose the clinic for time reasons so that I would not have to commute to Prague with my little baby. Hygiene in the whole family did not last more than an hour in all. They say we have nice teeth and we go to hygiene regularly, so once a year is enough. After a year, to my unpleasant surprise, I have to deal with inflammation, so at another clinic I underwent dental cleaning, which was precise and lasted almost 3 hours and where they confirmed that the hygiene was poorly performed. I note that I have been going to dental hygiene for many years and I have never dealt with anything like this. Otherwise, the approach of the staff, ordering and the environment is great.
