Je vysoký 3,8 metru spočívá na podstavci o třech stupních, vlastní dřík je spirálovitě ovinut listnatým větvovím, do něhož jsou vpleteny nástroje, kterými byl umučen Kristus. Vrcholí korintskou hlavicí, na němž stojí trpící Panny Marie s pozlacenou korunou na hlavě a s pozlaceným mečem v srdci. Na podstavci je na východní straně umístěný sdružený znak konventu břevnovského kláštera a jeho opata. The beautiful Baroque column with the statue of Our Lady of Sorrows was established in 1707 by Abbot Otmar Zinke of Broumov, the author is probably famous builder Jan Brokoff and his workshop. It is 3.8 meters tall, resting on a pedestal of three steps, its own stem is spirally wrapped with deciduous branches, which are woven with the instruments with which the Christ was tortured.
