Byla vytvořená v letech 1922 - 24 podle návrhu slovinského architekta Josipa Plečnika. Má tvar bastionu a nabízí opravdu neobvyklý výhled na Pražský Hrad, Arcibiskupský palác a další památky. Vzhledem k tomu, že v minulém režimu na vyhlídku nebyl přístup, zchátrala tak, že musela být v roce 1995 - 96 kompletně zrekonstruovaná. nyní na můžete zajít v létě, když je otevřen Jelení příkop.
