M	Marek Hvolka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pekný priestranný úrad, vynikajúci prístup už pri vchode, kedy Vám hneď pri informáciach pani poradí a odkáže Vás na správne poschodie/ prepážku. To isté hneď pri východe z výťahu (skúsenosť vždy z 1. poschodia). Na živnostenskom a Czech POINTE (kde som mal tú česť) milý a aktívny prístup pani úradníčok. Vždy pomohli a poradili, tak, že aj ako "cudzinec" som sa v tom dokázal veľmi rýchlo zorientovať. Pani mi dokonca ušetrila pár radami aj kopec času a v konečnom dôsledku aj peňazí. Ďakujem, že vďaka Vám už nie je návšteva úradov takým utrpením ako som bol zvyknutý. Necítim sa tam ako keby som prišiel otravovať alebo urobil niečo zlé. Teším sa na ďalšiu návštevu. Nice spacious office, excellent access at the entrance, when the lady will advise you right away with information and direct you to the right floor / counter. The same right at the exit of the elevator (experience always from the 1st floor). At the trade license and Czech POINTE (where I had the honor) nice and active attitude of the clerks. They always helped and advised, so that even as a "foreigner" I was able to find my way very quickly. The lady even saved me a few tips and a lot of time and ultimately money. Thank you, thanks to you, visiting the offices is no longer as much suffering as I was used to. I don't feel like I came to bother or do something wrong. I look forward to another visit.

He tries, but the capacity of the office still does not meet the demand. Waiting a long time. The ladies at the counters are slightly uncomfortable.

P	Pepa K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konečně se i tyto úřady překlopily do 21. století. Žádné otravné formuláře, několika hodinové fronty na OP, či pas. Vše vyřízeno za pár minut. Do toho milé a ochotné úřednice. Jó takhle to má vypadat! :-) Děkuji Finally, even these offices turned into the 21st century. No annoying forms, several hour queues for OP or passport. Everything settled in a few minutes. Nice and helpful clerks. Yeah, that's what it's supposed to look like! :-) Thank you
V	Vítek Černík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příklad toho, jak skvěle může fungovat úřad. Milí a ochotní pracovníci, rychlé vyřízení, digitalizace a nulové fronty. Takovou státní službu prostě chcete. An example of how well an office can work. Nice and helpful staff, fast processing, digitization and zero queues. You just want such a civil service.

D	Dac S Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mrs. Bur***a mananed to ruined all the good impressions i had from this office and her colleagues for the last few years in just 20 minutes of my last visit. Went there to renew my daughters passport after 5 years but irrelevant questions and rude remarks was made towards me and my daughter after she discovered i forget to register her to our new adress in Prague after moving - completly our fault. Her languages definitely does not belong to a municipal office. I informed her that my brother with a letter of attorney/full power will pick the passport up since we dont want to drive all the way from Berlin in 30 days again. Her reflex question was: ''why cant the mom come?'' holding a birth certificate with a foreign birth location. I got so fed up and told her the mom does not speak czech and probably will not want to talk to her. My daughter noticed the tense situation and cant for the sake of god smile for the foto, after 3 attemps i picked the least awkward picture. This review does not reflect the office as a whole, since everything until then went quick and smooth in this office, but this time i wanted to made it public that this happened and wish visitors luck not getting Mrs. Bur***a room number!
