Parčíku dominuje socha Marie Terezie, která spolu s kulisami Pražského hradu láká objektivy fotoaparátů. An interesting place with a unique atmosphere was created in the middle of the transport hub. The place, which until recently lacked its dominance, today houses a very tasteful and artistically nicely crafted statue of Maria Theresa, which gives the whole place a kind of grandeur.

Je odtud i hezký výhled na část domů Prahy 6, Dejvice. Samotné místo jako park nevypadá, chybějí zde stromy. Škoda, že v blízkosti obrovské sochy nejsou krásné košaté a vonící lípy jako protipól a symbol naší státnosti. Majestátní symbol, socha Marie Terezie vévodí celému prostoru. Pět a půl metrů vysoká socha z umělého kamene, která váží 7 tun vyšla zhruba na 4 miliony korun. Je to opravdu něco nepředstavitelně mohutného, a v nadživotni velikosti vzbuzuje snad všechno, čím se tato osobnost proslavila. V přední části před sochou je v půlkruhu několik stříkající vodotrysků. To ale nestačí ochladit celý nebo alespoň i jen nejbližší část kolem sochy. Nikde tam není stín a tak je nemožné v letním vedru posedět na lavičkách. Škoda, bylo by třeba doladit prostor! There is also a nice view of part of the houses of Prague 6, Dejvice. The place itself does not look like a park, there are no trees. It is a pity that there are no beautiful bushy and fragrant lindens near the huge statue as a counterpoint and a symbol of our statehood. A majestic symbol, the statue of Maria Theresa dominates the entire space. The five and a half meter high statue made of artificial stone, which weighs 7 tons, was worth about 4 million crowns. It's really something unimaginably powerful, and in life-size it evokes perhaps everything for which this personality is famous. In front of the statue, there are several splashing fountains in a semicircle. But that is not enough to cool the whole or at least only the nearest part around the statue. There is no shade anywhere, so it is impossible to sit on benches in the summer heat. Too bad, the space should be fine-tuned!
