The "Powder Bridge" is actually part of the space between two bastions of Baroque fortifications - the bastion of St. Benedict XIII and the bastion of St. Wenceslas XIV. The area of the park consists of a grassy area with a fountain, sidewalks, about eighty trees and benches with a nice view of Prague Castle. North of it lies a small park by Václav Morávek, which can be reached by an underpass under Milady Horáková Street. The area is also called the Maria Theresa Park, because at the end of 2020 a statue of the Habsburg Empress is supposed to stand here. However work is likely to be delayed due to coronavirus. The artifact will stand on the base concrete slab. The cast will be made of a composite and the final form of artificial stone will then be created by the author, sculptor Jan Kovářík, on the spot. Prašný most je vlastně část prostoru mezi dvěma bastiony barokního opevnění - baštou sv. Benedikta XIII a baštou sv. Václava XIV. Plocha parku je tvořena zatravněným prostorem s fontánou, chodníky, zhruba osmdesáti stromy a lavičkami s pěkným výhledem na Pražský hrad. Severně od něj leží malý parčík Václava Morávka, ke kterému se dostanete podchodem pod ulicí Milady Horákové. Prostor také bývá nazýván parkem Marie Terezie, protože koncem roku 2020 tu má stát socha habsburské císařovny. Zřejmě však budou práce kvůli koronaviru opožděny. Artefakt bude stát na základní betonové desce. Odlit bude z kompozitní formy a finální podobu z umělého kamene pak vytvoří autor, sochař Jan Kovářík, přímo na místě.
