★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme tu naprosto spokojení. Pokoj byl velmi čistý, tichý, s výhledem na Krumlov. Snídaně moc dobrá. Paní majitelka velmi, milá, vstřícná a ochotná! Děkujeme. Rádi doporučíme a při další návštěvě Krumlova s radostí vrátíme? manželé Lípovi.
 We were absolutely happy here. The room was very clean, quiet, overlooking Krumlov. Breakfast very good. Mrs. owner very, nice, helpful and helpful! Thank you. We would be happy to recommend and return with pleasure to Lípa the next time you visit Krumlov.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásné, čisté a prostorné pokoje. Centrum města na dosah, přitom je tu úplný klídek. My měli ještě jako bohus terasku s vyhledem do zeleně.
Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. The city center is within easy reach, while there is complete peace. We still had terrazzo as a god with a view of the greenery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penzion navštíven ve dnech 11.06.-13.06.2020. Penzion menší, ale velmi útulný, všude čisto. Snídaně v přítomnost milé a sympatické majitelky penzionu, musí potěšit každého. Majitel i majitelka velmi milí mladí lidé, opravdu sympatičtí a na nic si nehrající !!! Výborná poloha penzionu, bezprostřední blízkost restauračních zařízení, krásný výhled a poloha u řeky, včetně již psaného, to vše dělá z pobytu v Krumlově hezký zážitek !!! Penzion doporučujeme a věříme, že se nic nezmění k horšímu. ?
Pension visited on 11.06.-13.06.2020. Pension smaller but very cozy, clean everywhere. Breakfast in the presence of a nice and sympathetic owner of the guest house must please everyone. Owner and owner very nice young people, really nice and not playing anything !!! Excellent location of the pension, close proximity to restaurants, beautiful views and location by the river, including what has already been written, all this makes a stay in Krumlov a nice experience !!! We recommend the guest house and we believe that nothing will change for the worse. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place! Just in 3 minutes walk from the very center. Bar and restaurants are in 2 minutes walk.
The hotel has only 3 rooms, so it's never noisy or crowded. Rooms are in perfect condition. All the furniture is brand new, beds are comfortable, bed sheets are super clean, the bathroom is luxurious. There's free WiFi in the room, and modern TV of course. The breakfast is tasty and hearty. Landlady is very welcoming and friendly.
We wish we could stay longer at the hotel!
