Modern and comfortable rooms over the river. Great breakfast included and they were very accommodating with luggage before and after our visit

Very nice and cosy apartment on the Moldava river. Super quiet and beautiful at night. Good breakfast and kind staff.

Very charming beautufly decorated place sitiated by Veltava river. I had window view to the river, Egon Schiele Art Centre and the Castle. Fine brekfast.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The view from the bedroom was also good. The restaurant atmosphere was also nice. I want to visit this place again. I recommend it to my friends and acquaintances. I was very satisfied.

Very nice appartment. Very helpful host, although communication was not always easy (only Czech, a bit English/German). Don't worry about the language barrier. It's all douable. The place isn't easy to reach and big cars can have problems (very narrow stree). Later on we found out about a nearby parking place just outside the town (near the castle) and on walking distance. This could save you some problems :-).

We enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we would have needed for multiple days (kitchenette) and is in a great, somewhat secluded location but still super walkable to the central old town area (4 min). As another reviewer commented, don’t try taking a larger vehicle down the super narrow single lane roads leading to the place. We got a Santa Fe through but if you’re squeamish about possible scratches, just walk.

In general the hotel was ok. The location is good, but if a hotel is in Krumlov, there cannot be a bad location as everything is within the walking distance. Breakfast was included and was ok. Parking was NOT included and in comparison with room price very expensive. For the room we paid 55 per night and parking is 10 euros per day! So you end up with paying 65 euros for hotel per night... The room was big enough and nice, very sweet design. There were numerous drawbacks though. Firstly, the noise isolation is minimal... You hear everything what happens in other rooms. If someone snores in the another room, you hear it so well as if this person is sleeping right next to you. The shower cabin smelled like urine, the drain was clogged and the doors were not properly sealed so that no matter how you shower, even if carefully, the water goes through and you end up having the whole bathroom flow completely flooded. It was also pretty dirty in the room, dust everywhere, under the bench by the window there were some dust "balls" even. The towels were washed but had some very nasty huge black spots all over what looks absolutely disgusting on a white towel. It looked like the maintenance of the rooms in general is neglected in this hotel. When we complained about these things at the reception, the lady there just said: Oh ok. Oh ok? Seriously? I would not recommend this hotel for a stay. There are plenty of others in Krumlov you can get for the same price.

Hotel is very close to city centre, well located next to river. From the window you can see the castle. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast is good buffet style and many variations. The access by car is not that easy because part of the street to the hotel is very narrow so be careful, parking for night is extra pay €10. Staff is very friendly. There could be better to protec the windows from the sun, everything else is super.
