G	Gabor Balogh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad reception desk service , arrogant persons. We paid a double room and we got doble but single bed room in attic area with gallery. This a 4 star hotel and no elevator , no AC , no help to take the luggages to the room to the 3 rd floor level stage into attic room. I have asked another room but answer was impolite at the reception desk , "No other room" However we prepaid the room, 130 Euro per night and we got an accommodation on the "second class building". I am absolutely disappointed with the customer service, and arrogant managing the guests and claims. Next day the arronangcy continued, it was answered that there another 3 available roöm but on same floor level in attic area, on 3 rd floor level... I would not recommend to anybody to come to this hotel. I visited many countries, but such kind of arrogant and unfriendly , poor front desk service and bad quality of room could not be seen all over the word in 4 star hotel. I would never ever again to come here. No cleaning of room on 3 rd day. No bed cloth changed.
S	Scott Whitney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant hotel in the heart of old Cesky Krumlov. The room was comfortable, spacious, and stylish. The breakfast was great. The staff was helpful. It was, however, far from the bus station on cobblestone roads. Also the shower was quite hard to use with no curtains or door. The whole bathroom gets soaked.
m	maybolh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel and the rooms are good but unfortunately, the service is quite terrible. Since cars without a permit cannot enter the pedestrian zone where this hotel is located, the hotel sent a car to pick us up from their parking lot. Unfortunately, the driver was quite rude and obviously did not want to do his job. Upon checking out of the hotel, we asked the hotel to drop us off at the parking lot again so our pre-arranged driver can take us to our next destination. The hotel said they can arrange the transport in 15 minutes if we paid a "parking fee." When we refused to pay the fee since our pre-arranged driver was only pick us up near the lot rather than parking inside the lot, the hotel said they could only provide transport if we waited 60 minutes. When we asked to speak to the hotel manager, the staff at reception said that was not possible. I recommend you spend your money at a different hotel where you can get some respect. On a separate note, the complimentary breakfast is pretty abysmal. You can definitely find a better deal for a lower price at a different hotel.
R	Richard “Ricardo” Old on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old fashioned, comfortable hotel right on the main square in Cesky Krumlov. The rooms are spread over different levels. There is no lift or wheelchair access and plenty of stairs to negotiate with your luggage. That said, the rooms were clean although our mattress was a tad hard on the back. The attached bar and bistro was okay. Recommended for position and a short stay.
Y	Yang Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful if you are considering staying here. Here are some problems I have encountered during my stay: 1. There’s no elevator. You have to climb 3 floors to get to your room. Yes, most rooms are located on 3rd floor. 2. During peak season, there’s NO HOT WATER. I wanted to take my shower at 10pm, no hot water and called the reception. They said there’s only 1 boiler and asked me to wait 30 minutes. It took me 1 hour to wait for hot water. Seriously? 3. The heater is not strong. I felt a bit cold in the room. Overall, be careful. I chose this hotel because of its good ratings and good location. Location is fantastic! Right in the square. But, it’s frustrating to climb 3 floors to my room and have to wait for hot water to shower. Sign
B	Bruce Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable hotel. Great location. Rooms are large. The breakfast was also very good. The only problem we ever encountered was when the Chinese tour bus got back to the hotel and everyone on it took a bath at the same time and drained the hot water. Happens everywhere though.

We stayed in one of the family suites, which had very low water pressure in the shower, although we had no problems with running out of hot water as many others have complained about. The location is excellent! Right on the main old square, lucky for us it is the middle of winter and we didn't have to worry about noise from the clubs! Breakfast was fairly standard for an average hotel. I would've given this place 3 stars except the service from the staff was outstanding!!! Friendly and helpful, over and above the usual!!
L	Leah Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel in perfect location. The front desk person spoke FIVE languages and was incredibly kind. Our two dogs stayed for free, and our family room was huge. The breakfast was simple and delicious. Definitely recommend
