★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde bodenlos über den Tisch gezogen. Habe ein 90ml Parfum gekauft, bezahlt und wollte es verschenken. Die Angestellte hat mir das Parfum in eine Tüte gepackt und die Tüte zugeklebt. Ich hab die Tüte 2 Tage später geöffnet und fand darin ein 50ml Parfum. Eine bodenlose Frechheit. 80€ obwohl ich nur die Hälfte bekommen habe.
I was ripped off bottomless. Bought a 90ml perfume, paid for it and wanted to give it away. The employee put the perfume in a bag for me and sealed the bag. I opened the bag 2 days later and found a 50ml perfume in it. A bottomless cheek. 80€ although I only got half.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great choices of goods, but stuff unfortunately doesn’t know how to make Tax Free form. They give me only a COPY of purchase receipt instead of original one and i can’t claim my Tax Free refund later on in airport. Also they lost t-shirt tag. It’s unacceptable level of service for such a brand boutique.
