P	Patrycja Stanik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this place turustom. I was the first and last time in this restaurant. The food was relatively good. Everything was ok until we wanted to settle our bill ... before, no one bothered to mention that the payment is only in cash in kroner ... We were counted twice for a glass of prosecco, and instead of humbly apologizing, the head of the room laughed at us in front of all the guests !!!! Unimaginable in the 21st century. We are disappointed with the service attitude in such an international spa resort.

L	LUGALE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amaizing place with excellent service, can’t even begin to praise the place as it was the most joyful experience I had during my trip. The food was amaizing and worth all the money me and my friends spent as we all left with smiles and we are definitely coming back. The service was the most professional I’ve ever received, and this is coming from someone who spends a lot of time at 5 star restaurants, so professional and so respectful cheers to all the employees for being delightful to us all. This place has the finest wine and has left me guessing which one is my favourite because I loved them all so much. If your looking for somewhere to get some work done, have a birthday, a family dinner or just go out with friends this is the place to go. 5/5 stars from me. One of if not the best places in Karlovy, thank you so much to the management for running such an amazing establishment, Cheers and praise.

Try and find this wine selection, staff and location anywhere in North America and pay less, you can’t. Always a great stay :)
P	Phil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for marvellous food, world class service and an infectious atmosphere of joy and style then look no further. Located in the best part of town this restaurant and it’s staff will read every wish of your lips and fill them with fresh Italien cuisine at the same time. It’s the kind of place where you know from the first bite that you will return for more. I’ve personally travelled Italy north to south and can truthfully say you will not find a more authentic taste in the entire Czech Republic.

M	M&K International Prague on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interior is nice, but we were waiting for our food for way too long! Place was full but staff should not be acting like they are trying to run a marathon between the tables and keep some standard of a fency restaurant. My mango salad was nice, but my husbands truffle pasta swam in oil and was pretty much tastles (truffles are very unique and the taste simple wasnt there) when we told the staff, he actually got angry and rushed off with no words. Then he was grumpy at us for the rest of the evening ... we sadly wont come again
K	Kristýna Richtrová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant just off the main colonnade in Karlovy Vary. Amazing ambience, soft music in the background, interior that made me feel very cozy. The waiter was incredibly attentive and friendly, which only added to my great experience. Best gnocchi I ever ate, hands down. Happy to return one day! (Cash only though.)
