Při pohledu změsta uvidíme nad vchodem třináct erbů původních šlechtických vlastníků vlašimského panství. Nad těmito erby vyniká jeden velký, který patří majitelům, jež dali bránu vystavět - Auerspergům. Dříve měl vbráně svůj příbytek vrátný. Dnes je zde umístěna Podblanická galerie. Today there is the Podblanická Gallery located in it. The Vlašim Gate connects the town of Vlašim, the Vlašim Park and the Chateau. Its passage is the highest and widest. J	Jaroslav Novák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Novogotická Vlašimská brána byla postavena v rámci úprav zámeckého parku za Karla Viléma Filipa z Auerspergu roku 1846 jako jedna ze tří novogotických vstupních bran . 2005–2006 byla Vlašimská brána celkově zrekonstruována městem Vlašim za přispění Evropské unie a r. 2006 zde byla otevřena Podblanická galerie, která přestavuje výtvarná díla profesionálních i amatérských výtvarníků z Podblanicka The neo-Gothic Vlašim Gate was built as part of the modifications of the castle park under Karel Vilém Filip of Auersperg in 1846 as one of the three neo-Gothic entrance gates. In 2005–2006, the Vlašim Gate was completely reconstructed by the town of Vlašim with the contribution of the European Union, and in 2006 the Podblanická Gallery was opened here, which presents works of art by professional and amateur artists from Podblanicko.

Nad vstupem je na ní umístěno 13 menších erbů původních šlechtických majitelů vlašimského panství a velký erb rodu knížat z Auerspergu. V současné době slouží Vlašimská brána jako Podblanická galerie, představující díla regionálních umělců pod vedením malíře Stanislava Příhody. The most famous is the Vlašim Gate standing at the entrance to the Vlašim Castle. Above the entrance there are 13 smaller coats of arms of the original noble owners of the Vlašim estate and a large coat of arms of the family of princes from Auersperg. At present, the Vlašim Gate serves as the Podblanická Gallery, presenting works by regional artists under the direction of painter Stanislav Příhoda.
