J	Julie N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hnědovlasá mladá slečna v culíku asi neumí zdravit.Pozdravila jsem 2x a dost hlasitě,jen se otočila a dělala že nevidí.U kasy jsem zkoušela stejnou metodou a bylo jí to úplně jedno hlavně že jsem odešla a ona si mohla u kasy zase v klidu sednout...Nevím ale já nemám zapotřebí chodit někam kde se cítím být nepotřebná..peníze utratim jinde A brown-haired young lady in a ponytail probably can't greet. Although I have opening hours from 9:00 to 21:00, 9 out of 10 cases are closed when I go there. You can't call there. I do not understand.
P	Pavel Sůva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem si zde vyměnit bombičku CO2 do výrobníku sody značky LimoBar. Dřív tady býval obchod Orion, kde mi vždy bombičky vyměnili bez problémů, ale v Banquetu jsem narazil, protože moji bombičku brandovanou "Orion" nelze vyměnit za jejich brandovanou "LimoBar" (technicky je to přitom ta samá bombička). Dobrá, zakoupil jsem u nich tedy dvě nové jejich bombičky brandované "LimoBar", abych je tam mohl v budoucnu měnit. Dnes jsem chtěl jednu z nich vyměnit, ale paní u pokladny mi řekla, že mají jen nové bombičky k zakoupení, které ovšem nelze měnit za staré, protože mají jiný EAN (ačkoli je to opět technicky ta samá bombička). Absurdní. Proč tady vůbec prodávají výrobníky sody a příslušenství, když výměna bombičky je pro ně zcela neřešitelný problém? I wanted to exchange a CO2 bomb for a LimoBar soda maker here. There used to be an Orion store here, where they always exchanged bombs for me without any problems, but I came across it in Banquet because my "Orion" branded bomb cannot be exchanged for their branded "LimoBar" (technically it's the same bomb). Okay, so I bought them two new bombs branded "LimoBar" so I could change them there in the future. Today I wanted to exchange one of them, but the lady at the box office told me that they only have new bombs to buy, which, however, cannot be changed for old ones, because they have a different EAN (although it is technically the same bomb again). Absurd. Why do soda and accessories manufacturers sell here at all, when changing a bomb is a completely insurmountable problem for them?
M	Mich Na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes 16.4.2022 jsem zažil pecku v tomto obchodě ....nejen že Šárka a Klára byly v pohodě a příjemné ale hlavně Klára mě provedla celým obchodem a trpělivě vše co jsem ze seznamu potřeboval ukázala a pomáhala ! Byl jsem u vytržení že v dnešní době kdy jsou na sebe lidi zlí existuje obchod kde prodavačka či obsluha chce pomoci zákazníkovi moc děkuji a doufám že vedení si těchto dám váží !!!! Today, April 16, 2022, I experienced a gem in this shop .... not only that Šárka and Klára were cool and pleasant, but especially Klára guided me through the whole shop and patiently showed everything I needed from the list and helped! I was ecstatic that nowadays when people are bad at each other, there is a shop where the saleswoman or staff wants to help the customer, thank you very much and I hope that the management respects these ladies !!!!
