A really incredibly horrible experience: Communication with the restaurant through the reservation, more than a month in advance, was perfectly fine. The lady on the phone was very helpful, she just asked if we could report the numbers of individual portions about a week in advance according to the menu she would send me by e-mail, so that they would be ready for us upon arrival. I welcomed this and subsequently did so. On lunch day, our group (15 adults and 22 children) came to the restaurant for the time being. I was pleasantly surprised that on the tables we booked were printed papers with the header of our reservation and a menu with the number of meals we ordered. But that was the end of the whole parade. Instead of the staff (3 people) bypassing us and asking us what to drink and then start carrying the numbers of meals we ordered, they chose the following procedure: She completely served the first table (drinks, soup and main course) and only after bringing the main meal she started to attend the second table, etc. As a result, the person sitting at the first table already had his main meal eaten for over an hour when the staff arrived. to ask the last table we occupy, to their order. Beads from the visit: - The owner refused to give us an empty plate so that the children could be distributed food, arguing that someone had to wash it afterwards. If he gave it up, he would demand 70% of the price of the meal. He added that his restaurant is not a children's dining room. - At the request for the issue of drinking straws, he argued that it could not issue it because it was prohibited by EU directives. - When asked why the staff proceeds to receive orders in this way, he replied that all staff are here on the first day and if our group had not been notified in advance, the restaurant would have been closed that Sunday. - When asked why the owner would not tell the staff if she could first go around all the tables we occupied with an order to drink, then soup and then the main course, the owner looked at me "fatherly" and said: "You imagine it very simply." Even today, I wonder if we have fallen victim to some Canadian prank (hidden cameras), because experiencing this is really unbelievable. Paradoxically, the food and beer were excellent, unfortunately the overall experience would be more grateful than for Sunday lunch. If you want to experience something you probably can't experience anywhere else, arm yourself with patience, strong nerves, and visit this pseudo-restaurant!

Where to start ... the food was quite good, after I received it exactly after 1 hour and 43 minutes ... we politely asked for an extra plate so that we could distribute it to the children. The owner of the restaurant irritably replied that the extra plate must be washed and he has no people to do so and will give it to us for only 70% of the price of the meal. When we set out against squabbling, he became aggressive and threatened a physical attack. Unfortunately, there was a large group of us and half already had food (the other half had not even ordered a drink yet). We were also told that there were plenty of customers, so we can easily pay for what we ate and move on. We went through the whole situation with humor, but the master deserved a review, especially when he said that he did not care about them. If I could give a negative rating, it would be. If you can, change the venue and avoid this restaurant by arc.

Terrible experience because of the arrogant and aggressive owner! We waited for food for maybe an hour and a half, even though we were reported as a larger group long in advance. It took an hour for the staff to accept the order, even for a drink! The service is catastrophic, unfortunately due to the incompetent owner, who probably did not properly train the staff. The owner also had a problem with an extra plate for children and the missing drinking straws were tempted to the EU. The food was good, but unfortunately that was all. Nevermore.
