I recommend as one of the few services where they were willing to replace the battery in the phone where others have already told me to throw it away. ' Only complete satisfaction for me.

Replacing the LCD at the phone after falling to the ground. Corrected the next day, pleasant and professional dealings. Absolute satisfaction.

The amateurs say that the mobile phone cannot be repaired (repaired without any problems in another service center) and they still broke the snap packs on the back cover.

He always tries everything to help even beyond his "duty". E.g. use older parts from other phones. A few times the mistake was on my side (I didn't have time to pick up 14 days, for example) and yet I was treated decently. As we agreed it paid the price, the quality of the part, repair max within two days. I had newer Samsungs and IPhones repaired.

Very negative experience with this service. A Chuwi Ubook tablet worth approx. CZK 9,000 was sent for repair. Very durable equipment that has a metal chassis. In a nutshell: 22.12.2021 taken over for service 13.1 2022 followed by a question about the status of the order - the answer "tablet is ok, but I'm looking for a connector for the charger." 27.1. 2022 order status inquiry - no answer and the telephone inquiry was told that the connector is atypical and cannot be obtained. Tablet return agreed. 4.2.2022 The tablet was taken from the consignment and after unpacking it was found to be bent and missing all the screws that were supposed to be screwed in there. A message was sent to the service about a poor quality repair, which was followed by a reply that it would not fix the two screws, that the connector on the board could not be obtained, and neither could the charger. And that it's still worth noting, because the device will end up in the trash anyway. I bought a spare universal power supply, which contained a non-service charging connector (normal connector 3.5 mm x 1.35 mm) with which the tablet can be charged normally. So as a result, after this "professional" intervention, I have a curved tablet, and it was enough to buy an ordinary 12V charger for czc for 350 CZK, - I just hope that the missing screws screwed in correctly after the complaint - maybe they could handle it. I will not discuss their arrogant behavior during the complaint and how they twist everything in their favor. That would be for a longer reading. I will never have anything repaired at this service, and I advise everyone to avoid this service.
