The quality of the coffee went down rapidly. I do not recommend buying weighed coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tady už jen ledovou kávu, na té nemají moc co zkazit, jen je občas ne úplně vychlazená. Obsluha asi moc baristicky kurz nedostala. Ale nečekám nic moc od obchodu s oblečením a serepetičkama, který se snaží dělat kafe. Nebo naopak?
Here's just iced coffee, there's nothing to spoil, it's just not quite chilled at times. The staff probably did not get the baristically much of the course. But I do not expect much from a clothing store and serepetičkama who is trying to make coffee. Or vice versa?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prosím, proškolte si své zaměstnance. Nejsem zastáncem toho, že by každý kavárník měl mít baristický kurz. Ale pokud vám kavárnice našlehá mléko velice podivným způsobem, následně vezme čajovou lžičku a kydne vám 2 lžičky megabublin do espressa a prezentuje to jako espresso macchiato, dělá ostudu nejen sobě, ale celé firmě!
Please train your employees. I do not advocate that every café should have a baristic course. But if the café whipped your milk in a very strange way, then it takes a teaspoon and gives you 2 teaspoons of megabubbles into espresso and presents it as espresso macchiato, it shames not only himself but the whole company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konceptu obchodu s oblečením a kavárnou, nebo kavárny s obchodem s oblečením příliš nerozumím. Mají v tom zmatek i místní prodavači a tak nefungují obstojně ani v jednom. Naštěstí na ledové kávě není moc co zkazit, stačí jen "baristovi" poradit s přípravou..
I don't understand the concept of a clothing store and a café, or a cafe with a clothing store. Local sellers are also confused about this, so they don't work well in any of them. Fortunately, there is not much to spoil with iced coffee, you just need to advise the "barista" with the preparation ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato obsluha v Tchibu Galerii Butovice je opravdu velmi nevstricna a koukaji na vás jako co tady vůbec prohledávate,dávám si tu kavu pravidelně každý den!
Podotýkám že otevírací doba je do 21:00 a bohužel se mi stalo již podruhé když jsem navštívila kavárnu v 20:45 tak měli kávovar již umytý a nechtěli mě obsloužit
Za mě úplná katastrofa
Myslím si že kdyby kavárna Tchibo patřila teto obsluze jakože majiteli tak by si tohle vůbec nikdy nedovolili a fungovali klidně až přes čas.
Přijďte se podívat a sami uvidíte:) to jste ještě neviděli !Jestli si chcete zkazit náladu přijďte právě sem.

I note that the opening hours are until 21:00 and unfortunately it happened to me for the second time when I visited the cafe at 20:45 so they had a coffee machine already washed and did not want to serve me
A complete disaster for me
I think that if the Tchibo café belonged to this staff as the owner, they would never allow this at all and functioned calmly over time.
