F	Fransisca Wijanarko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb location, friendly staff, clean. We had no hot water for 1 day as the water boiler broke but they quickly address to it. Loved our stay there, huge room.
A	Alexandra Ramos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and spacious apartment. Comfortable bed, but lack in debroom curtains which kept me awake most of the night do to the outside lights and noise. No hair dryer or tv( Not a must for a short stay anyway). Great location, just few minutes from Charles Bridge and St. Nicholas Church right on the door step.
R	Randy Orton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with some of my friends about a year ago. The room was ok, but smaller than we expected it to be, and we didn't get all the amenities that were advertised. There was one good bed, but 2 of my friends had to share a small sofa bed and another bed was essentially just a relatively skinny mattress on the floor. The lock on the bathroom door also wasn't working, and the balcony was so small, and just facing another big building. If you are thinking of paying extra money for the balcony, don't bother. The kitchen also did have a weird smell coming from it, which I have seen other people complain about. The worst part, however, was when the owner threw a racial slur at two of my friends, because they left their key inside. But it wasn't a huge problem, because as the owner was shouting at them because they looked 'shady' waiting outside (my friends were literally 17 year olds who were about 5 foot 7, while the owner was about 6 foot 2), I was coming down to give them the key. This did put a bit of a downer on the Prague leg of our trip. Although the location is very good, there are many other places to stay in the vicinity anyway that are of a similar price. And from my experience, you would be better off staying in one of them.

We booked deluxe apartment and we got there asked if it was possible to give us apartment with castle view. Unfortunately all same apartments were occupied. But very friendly receptionist offered to us to change apartment next day (ended it was magical view). Despite of we go out early and back very late they helped us to take our luggage and change room. Also it was very pleasure that he offered early check in. So we lived in two apartments in this hotel and both were super comfortable! Sparkling clean rooms (everyday cleaning service) and equipped with everything you need. With Free luggage storage service. One of the best experience in our trips!

F	Femke Munnichs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely stay at Three Golden Crowns a few weeks ago. We had a 2-person apartment with windows towards the inner square of the complex. The apartment was wonderfully quiet considering COVID protests were happening nearby, we did not notice any of it from our room. The apartment itself was very nice, with beautiful arches on the ceiling that we especially loved. The room was clean and neat when we arrived. Our bathroom had a bathtub and the kitchen contained enough supplies (pans, plates, etc.) to cook a simple meal if desired, but we ended up not needing it. The staff was very friendly and recommended us places to eat and visit upon arrival, and when we checked out we could leave our luggage to pick up later without a problem. The only thing I have to note is that the mattresses were pretty hard. Considering we had such a busy week we still slept fine but if you have a medical issue for example requiring you to have a softer mattress or if you just prefer that it is something to keep in mind. Still, overall I highly recommend booking an apartment here! You are in the center of Prague and super close many famous sites yet it still feels very private, and overall the experience was wonderful!
