Den otevřených dveří britské ambasády. Zajímavá budova přímo pod Pražským hradem s příjemnou zahradou.
British Embassy Open Day. An interesting building directly below Prague Castle with a pleasant garden.

The Thun Palace was established in 1694 by joining five houses unifying under the early Baroque reconstruction. However, the present state is the result of the Classicist reconstruction for the needs of the governorate in 1801-02 and a number of later interventions. Todaz the representative building serves the needs of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. Of the five original houses that are safely documented in this area, only corner buildings were important. The modernization took place in two phases - after 1985 and 1993.

... Palác je památkově chráněn.
On November 14, 1918, the Senate of the National Assembly met here at its first session to (among other things) forever deprive the Habsbusko-Lorraine family of their claim to the Czech throne, proclaim the Czechoslovak Republic and elect its first president. This has been commemorated since 1933 by a memorial plaque to the sculptor Ladislav Šaloun (August 1, 1870 - October 18, 1946). ... The palace is a protected monument.
