KATASTROFA jako strašný, nejenom že pokaždé jezdi pozdě ale vůbec nemají vyřešené spoje a přestup. Přijedu na autobusak ve 30 a ve 30 už mi jede druhý autobus?! Hrůza!! Jako to má clovek vyskakovat z jedoucího autobusu?!!! Buď si to vyřešíte anebo reknete ridicum ať nevolaj za volantem a radši ridej.! Někdy i jejich přístup ke starším osobám jako!!! Na nový rok by to chtělo vyřešit.
CATASTROPHE as terrible, not only are they always late but have no solved connections and transfers at all. Will I come to the bus at 30 and is my second bus leaving at 30 ?! Terror!! How is one supposed to jump off a moving bus? !!! You can either solve it or tell the driver not to call behind the wheel and rather drive. Sometimes even their approach to the elderly like !!! He would like to solve it for the new year.

:: GREAT SERVICE BY INCREDIBLE DRIVER :: Michal was our driver for two weeks over 7 countries. We had multiple families with kids, and Michal was very courteous, helped with baggage and strollers, kept the bathroom clean and ready, and made coffee for us. And he was very safe, trustworthy, and efficient. Ask for Michal - he's great.

This bus operator throw away my luggages and lost my passport and belonging, leaving me at a wrong station in the middle of the night in Budapest. Inexplicable negligence in customer care. This is what happened. On 22nd December I was on the route from Berlin to Italy; I missed the connection at the correct station, and asked for assistance at the bus driver who reacted shouting "this is your problem, not my problem". I asked him to call the flixbus company to help me figure out how to get next connection. His comprehension of English was very basic, he start to aggressively reply in his native language, then threatening to call police (which would have been absolutely fine for me) and after I was continuing to ask for assistance, with basic sentences like "Can you help me", "why you don't want to help", "I need assistance from your company" he eventually reacted by literally throwing out of the bus my bicycle, in a station in Budapest at 00:30 by night. He closed the doors and drove away, with my main bag with all my clothes and passport inside! I video recorded all the situation including the driver, where it is clear me asking for help, and the driver not giving a f**k and throwing out of the bus my belonging. I reported to police. I had an estimated damage of 500€, plus the moral damage for loss of personal effects. Now trying to chase back my belongings. Flixbus customer care redirect the issue on the site, the ticket displayed the name of the operator. Kindly take responsibility and help recover my luggage and passport. If not, it configure as negligence causing stealing of my belongings. I am considering suing the company: I have never ever seen such a negligent customer care, negligent because it was done on purpose, just because the bus driver only concern was to continue his trip on time, probably stressed. Please note he checked my ticket in advance, and when asked about my connection station, if it was Budapest, he said rapidly "yes yes Budapest" but likely did not understood or pay attention to my concern. On the flixbus app indeed the real connection station is only displayed if connected to wifi, so when I was offline I read connection was in Budapest but actually it was in Brno. I realised that only in Budapest by chance, so I asked for assistance to know about other connections to prosecute my travel and this is what happened. Feedback. You may consider training the drivers with basic English and customer care behaviour, I cannot understand why they go on defensive when simply asking for customer care. Reactions like verbal and physical aggression against the customer or the customer belonging are not acceptable. Now asking for assistance to the Italian Embassy and European Commission funded centres for consumer protection.
