★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem koupil v této firmě již třetí kolo a pravidelně sem jezdím na servis. Nikdy se mi nestalo, že bych se setkal s někým nepříjemným. Mám opačnou zkušenost. Vždy jsou ochotní a poradí skvěle i když třeba nejdu nic koupit. V mém okolí je chválí spousta lidí. Už jen skutečnost, že vás klidně vezmou do dílny a ukazují vše názorně, aby to pochopil i takový "netechnik", jako jsem já. Servis vždy rychlý a spolehlivý. Nikdy jsem nemusel nic reklamovat. Doporučuji.
Today I bought this company for the third round and regularly come to the service. It never happened to me to meet someone unpleasant. I have the opposite experience. They are always helpful and advise even if I can't buy anything. Many people praise them in my neighborhood. Just the fact that they will take you to the workshop and show everything clearly, so that even a "non-technician" like me can understand it. Service always fast and reliable. I never had to complain about anything. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní neochota a arogance. Po letech jsem opět obchod navštívil s problémem na což jsem neměl nářadí a jen se utvrdil v kvalitách. Pán se bude radši dohadovat proč nemá chuť Vám vyjít vstříc, než aby vzal do ruky klíč a měl za pět minut hotovo. Pokud chcete laciný kolo pro děcko, co zvládnou složit z krabice, jste jejich človek. V jiném případě nic neočekávejte. Zde už nekoupím ani brzdové destičky !!! A pokud si nechcete kazit den, skočte do auta a zajeďte s kolem někam, kde jsou ochotní a opravdu vědí co chtějí dělat za práci.

The Lord would rather argue why he has no desire to accommodate you than to take the key and have it done in five minutes. If you want a cheap bike for a kid who can fold out of the box, you are their man. Otherwise, don't expect anything. I won't even buy brake pads here !!! And if you don't want to ruin your day, jump in the car and ride your bike somewhere where they are willing and really know what they want to do for work.
