★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Důrazně nedoporučuji. V servisu jsem žádala o dotažení středu. Výsledek? 14 dní po vyzvednutí kola mi během jízdy v provozu upadla klika! Přehazovačku také neseřídili. Servis je navíc dost drahý. Původní dohoda na výměně plášťů také neplatila. Nechoďte tam.
I strongly do not recommend. In the service, I asked for a tightening of Wednesday. Result? 14 days after picking up the bike, my handle fell while driving in traffic! They also did not adjust the derailleur. In addition, service is quite expensive. The original tire exchange agreement also did not apply. Don't go there.

Mir wurde hier sehr gut geholfen und der Inhaber hat sich Zeit für mich genommen, damit ich meine Reise fortsetzen kann. Er spricht zudem sehr gut deutsch, was für mich die Sache einfacher machte. Ich kann das Geschäft nur empfehlen!
During a bike trip I was looking for a workshop in the Czech Republic. I was helped very well here and the owner took time for me so that I can continue my journey. He also speaks German very well, which made things easier for me. I can only recommend the shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super servis, poradí, nic vám "necpou", zařídí vše,co potřebujete a hlavně při změně finální ceny dopředu volají, jestli s tím souhlasíte, ne jako v jiných servisech,kde na vás vybalí rovnou navýšenou cenu. Servisuji u nich už několik let a i když přijdu se svým oblíbeným"něco mi v tom cvaká", tak najdou, opraví. Prostě paráda. Personál příjemný a ochotný.
Super service, they will advise you, they will not "clog" you, they will arrange everything you need and especially when changing the final price, they call in advance if you agree, not like in other services, where they will unpack the flat price for you. I have been servicing them for several years and even if I come up with my favorite "something clicks in me", they will find it, fix it. Just great. Staff friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel, ač jsem požadoval kompletní servis kola před cestou na Šumavu, nebyly seřízeny brzdy…. Zadní kotoučová brzda začne brzdit až po mnoha centimetrovém volném chodu. Prakticky až na doraz. Doporučuji dalším zákazníkům si před odchodem ze servisu vše důkladně zkontrolovat. A nenechat vyzvednout kolo manželku….
Unfortunately, although I required a complete bike service before the trip to Šumava, the brakes were not adjusted…. The rear disc brake only starts to brake after many centimeters of free travel. Practically up to the stop. I recommend other customers to check everything thoroughly before leaving the service. And do not let the wife pick up the bike….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na cestách po Praze s dětmi na koloběžkách u jedné z koloběžek vypadl šroub a zadní kolo se uvolnilo. Pán v obchodě nám na počkání ochotně kolečko spravil, dokonce zdarma. Moc nám tím pomohl, protože nám umožnil pokračovat v koloběžkovém výletě po zbytek dne.
On the way around Prague with children on scooters, one of the scooters dropped the screw and the rear wheel came loose. The gentleman in the store was willing to fix the wheel for us while we were waiting, even for free. It helped us a lot because it allowed us to continue our scooter trip for the rest of the day.
