★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volal jsem s akutním problémem, načež mi bylo vynadáno jako malému klukovi, že nechodím pravidelně.
Možná kdyby člověk i objednaný nemusel čekat 3 hodiny než přijde na řadu ( protože dalších 5 lidí je objednáno na stejný čas jako vy ) tak by pravidelně chodil.
Po tomto telefonátu jsem si radši našel jiného zubaře. Služba je služba a se zákazníkem se takhle prostě jednat nemá.
I called with an acute problem, after which I was told as a little boy that I didn't go regularly.
Maybe if a person and an ordered person didn't have to wait 3 hours before it was their turn (because another 5 people are ordered for the same time as you), they would go regularly.
After this call, I preferred to find another dentist. Service is a service and you just don't have to deal with the customer like that.
