★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zákaznický servis 0.0 tj. Porsche Inter Auto CZ spol. s r.o. (Auto Heller). 12.7. 2019 přebrán novy vůz Golf na zakázku. Možnost plného využití 0 dní. Celkem v servisu vice než 6 měsíců, závada nevyřešena, dnes 9.7. opětovné projevení stejné závady na motoru. Mimo opakující se závady na motoru se stihla ještě reklamace pro rozsáhle zatékání do vozu. Kompenzace 0. Náhradní vozidlo 0 dní. Otřesné jednání. Všichni strašně chytří a neuvěřitelně arogantní, hlavně vedení. Všem jejich zákazníkům přeji pevné nervy a dobrého právníka. Nejlépe se ovsem vyhnout nákupu, nebo servisu. To opravdu chcete, koupit nový vůz a být každý týden v servisu, kde Vás zdrží i 4 hodiny a stejně odejdete pěšky.

Everyone is terribly smart and incredibly arrogant, especially the leadership. I wish all their customers strong nerves and a good lawyer. However, it is best to avoid buying or servicing. You really want to, buy a new car and be in the service every week, where it will take you up to 4 hours and you will still walk.

Terr. Order for service at a specific time with an appointment and then leave you waiting half an hour. The approach is terrible. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zajímavé místo. Asi 40 min jsem si zkoušel Audi A6, Q7 Q8 a nikdo se mne za celou dobu nezeptal, jestli něco potřebuji. Asi jsem byl vyhodnocen jako neperspektivní klient a to jsem i slušně pozdravil- taky bez odpovědí.
Interesting place. I tried the Audi A6, Q7 Q8 for about 40 minutes and no one asked me all the time if I needed anything. I guess I was evaluated as a non-perspective client and I greeted it politely - also without answers.
