They don't know to provide you with valid information or procedures.
If you call them and you are already sick, you may die while they find an appointment!!
The worst system I had ever use!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient and helpful. I was assisted almost immediately and my issue was sorted out in a few minutes. Some tips: Try to go when its less congested with other clients. Use the "EU" option for a ticket from the kiosk if you want assistance in English.
