Mela jsem po tom praseti hodit celou tasku nakupu, to fakt nemam za potrebi. Yves rocher to dela hnusny image... For the first and last time. I wouldn't give a single one ... Strazny had his eyes glued to me as if he had a blouse .. she paid at the box office and after leaving 'Goodbye' .. I had to throw the whole task of shopping after that pig, I really don't need that. I think even the pre-Christmas stress and rush does not excuse the extremely superior and haughty behavior of a saleswoman (on 23/12/2019), never again here.

Podle meho usudku jedna nova, ktera se zaucovala a druha neochotna, neprijemna a bez zajmu. Na nakup jsem se tesila, ale z obchodu odchazela zklamana. Today I visited the shop as a new customer. There were 2 saleswomen. In my opinion, one new one who has learned and the other reluctant, unpleasant and uninterested. I was looking forward to shopping, but left the store disappointed.

Chápu že slečny mají plné zuby některých zákazníků, ale když přijde někdo s úsměvem a s chutí si něco koupit tak by to snad mělo být naopak ne? Byla jsem zde naposledy... Slečna Monika která obsluhuje jako by dávala prasatum do koryta....usměv nějaká pokora nikde! Jsem též z obchodu takže moc dobře vím jak to chodí.. neprofesionální personál skutečně a to nemluvím o dvou slečnách vedle u balícího pultu které si zřejmě mysleli že je neslyším když mě pomlouvaly.... chodila jsem sem ráda ale teď už ne! I understand that girls have their teeth full of some customers, but when someone comes with a smile and a desire to buy something, it should be the other way around, right? I was here for the last time ... Miss Monika, who serves as if she was putting a pig in a trough .... smile some humility nowhere! I'm also from the store so I know very well how it goes .. non-professional staff really and I'm not talking about two girls next to the packing counter who apparently thought I didn't hear them when they slandered me .... I liked coming here but not now!

Používám je já i náctiletá dcera a pomalu a jistě už nekupujeme jinou značku. Whether it's skin cosmetics or body cosmetics, Yves Rocher products will not disappoint. Neustálé sledovani zákazníků budici dojem, že člověk má po kapsách minimálně půlku vystaveného zboží opravdu nepůsobí dobře. Po dotazu na účel produktu je se zákazníkem jednáno jako s prasetem na jatkach. Při pokusu o dohledání jiného produktu je člověk odpálkován jako feťák co shání drobný. Nebýt třetí prodavačky, nekoupím ani igelitku. I'm surprised this shop has some sales. The attitude and behavior of the two stronger saleswomen was appalling. Constant monitoring of customers gives the impression that a person has at least half of the displayed goods in their pockets does not really work well. After asking about the purpose of the product, the customer is treated like a pig in a slaughterhouse. When trying to find another product, a person is batted like a junkie looking for change. If I weren't a third saleswoman, I wouldn't even buy a plastic bag.
