Prodali mi nevhodné zapínání pro 5 letou dceru, upozornil jsem je, že je hodně živá, bohužel jí padali, dal jsem jim je na reklamaci a prý je to normální u Francouzkého zapínání dcera je "neumí nosit" a naušnice jsou v pořádku. Nebyli ochotni mi je vyměnit, za řetízek, stáli skoro 3 tisíce. Dcera po cca měsíci vrácení z reklamace jednu ztratila. Dokud jsem u nich nakupoval byli milí a ochotní, když jsem řešil problém setkal jsem se z neochotou a arogancí, prý něco takového za 20 let podnikání nezažili, no nápodobně.
