★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will steal your money. This business should be ashamed! I wish I had read the reviews before I entered. The one 5 star review is probably the owners or a relative. They are not upfront about their exchange rates. I hope this place goes out of business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst exchange in Prague. They cheat people and police do nothing. From each exchange dollar or euro, the cashier has own profit, so when you will realize it and asked to return the money, they will just sent you. Absolutely rude and uneducated cashier Sergiy Díbrova told us that his parents were to blame for he used to do bad things.
Шарашкина контора, невоспитанный грубый кассир обманывает людей на деньги, ему все-равно, вызовите ли вы полицию, он знает, что останется безнаказанным и просто смется над вами.

He did not answer, only showing some numbers which I didn't understand, it was my first time in Prague and first time to exchange money, so I gave him 50 eur and exchanged 30 eur !!!! 20 eur was lost... Don't exchange money here !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were going into this exchange when two women came out crying. They had been completely ripped off. Even when we went back to speak to the man he said the exchanges was done. They lost about 75% of their money and left to report the place to the police. The exchange has a green front and should be avoided... you will get taken.

And if they try to trade go 1 min downstairs there is a exchange with 25 crn
