Charles Bridge Restaurant se nachází přímo u Karlova mostu na Smetanovém nábřeží 195, Praha 1, se vstupem v rušné pasáži mezi Křížovnickým náměstím a Novotného Lávkou, ale když k nám najdete cestu, čeká Vás stylové prostředí, ničím nerušené klidné posezení u vody a příjemný personál.
Naším hlavním cílem je mít spokojené zákazníky jak z řad turistů, ale rádi bychom oslovili také české zákazníky skvěle připraveným jídlem z čerstvých a kvalitních surovin, kteří si současně mohou i vychutnat atmosféru historické části Prahy přímo u nás na vodě na pontonu s výhledem na Karlův most či v historickém sálu restaurace.
V restauraci můžete ochutnat mezinárodní či tradiční českou kuchyni. Kromě stálého jídelního lístku pro Vás připravujeme i sezónní akce. V nabídce najdete širokou škálu teplých i studených nápojů, lahodnou kávu a domácí dezerty. To vše doplňuje široká nabídka českých i zahraničních vín, které Vám obsluha velmi ráda doporučí. Složení vinného lístku volíme tak, aby si každý návštěvník přišel na své, ať už našel oblibu ve vínech suchých, polosuchých, sladších či šumivých.
Restaurace se skládá z pontonu - terasy na vodě, české pivnice a historického sálu. Celková kapacita je až 300 míst. Na pontonu je celoroční komfortní posezení, v zimě jsou prostory vyhřívány a v létě se prostor otevře s místy přímo nad vodou pro zamilované.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are lovely. We go there every now and then.
Love their duck and last time was the fourth or fifth time I had it there but for some reason, the duck taste was a bit off and carpaccio was not as tasty (too little pesto? A bit dry? Not sure what was it) as all the previous times but I won’t rate it badly because my good experience outweighs this one thing.
Nevertheless, great place with great views and prices are decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first and last time. You will find this type of restaurant in every big city, tourists just come, so you don't have to look at quality and prices. Absolute audacity is that the owner serves guests for the price of salmon salmon trout, to such a "prestigious" address below-average service, the restaurant unmaintained. Definitely not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I visited today on a semi-busy Saturday in June.
*The Service*
There were 6 staff on today. They all seemed capable but service was very slow and somewhat disgruntled. They forgot about our starter and brought the mains, we eventually reminded them and they brought it. Drinks were prompt and tasted good.
The card machine was brought at the same time as the bill, giving no time to review it and make sure things were in order (although this may be standard locally).
*The Food*
My impression was that the cooks were capable as the food was well-prepared. Chicken was moist and flavourful, but chewy as if it were a cheap purchase. I suspect poor ingredients were being used by quite-good cooks.
My girlfriend said the food was 'fine', about as expected given the menu was quite affordable.
The drinks were very good and affordably priced.
*The Venue*
The venue was lovely, right on the waterfront nice tables and settings and an excellent view. The rooftop was opened later in the night and the lights turned on. Very good spot with a nice view of Charles' Bridge.
*The Prices/Menu*
The restaurant was reasonably affordable with quite a varied menu, there were plenty of options.
All in all a good experience but staff could certainly do with better communication both with customers and with each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was quite good. I also liked the ambience. I did not like the service at all. The waitresses are not really talkative and only look angry. No smile - zero friendliness. The boss however was always friendly and had a smile at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location close to the bridge and river. Ordered 3 courses and my favorite was the appetizer. The salmon lasagna was delicious. Service was good as we were there when it wasn't so busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not easy to find, but worth the effort: lovely floating restaurant directly on the river next to Charles' Bridge.
Their mojito comes in two versions (with and without alcohol); I've ordered the one with but was unable to detect the rum in it.
My apple strudel took close to 40 minutes to arrive; at least, it was rich and full of walnuts and raisins. I got it just when my company was finishing their salmon pizza which was nice, juicy and not overpriced.
In summer, the option of sitting outside on the tiny floating patio must be very refreshing.
