★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi mě potěšilo ohromně rychlé vyřízení mé objednávky. Košile, kterou jsem si zaneřádila kávou, jsem měla vyčištěnou do rána dalšího dne. Po skvrnách od kávy není ani památky. Rovněž jsem nadšená z vyžehlení. Takhle nádherně vyžehlenou košili jsem snad nikdy neviděla. Až je mi líto košili obléknout a znovu ji pomačkat... :-)
 I was very pleased with the extremely fast processing of my order. My shirt, which I had cluttered with coffee, I had cleaned the next morning. There are no monuments to coffee stains. I'm also excited about ironing. I have never seen such a beautifully ironed shirt. When I'm sorry to put on my shirt and crease it again ... :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem 29.3.2022 v odpoledních hodinách (kolem 16.hodiny) v čistírně na pobočce v Galerii Nové Butovice.
Obvykle takové recenze nepíšu, ale udělám tentokrát výjimku. Na paní jsem čekala poměrně dlouho, než si mě vůbec všimla. Měla jsem klasické společenské bílé šaty s perličkami. Jsou nové, chtěla jsem je jen nechat odborně vyčistit před prvním použitím.
Paní byla velmi neochotná a vlastně mi sdělila, že mi je nedoporučuje u nich čistit, že mají velké bubny a že nemají šetrný program na praní. Mám si je prý vyprat doma sama. Byla jsem velice zklamaná a poměrně i naštvaná. Na pobočku v Galerii Butovice, i když ji mám po cestě z práce, bych už příště nešla.
I was on March 29, 2022 in the afternoon (around 4 pm) in the dry cleaner's at the branch in the Nové Butovice Gallery.
I don't usually write such reviews, but I'll make an exception this time. I waited quite a long time for the lady before she even noticed me. I wore a classic formal white dress with pearls. They are new, I just wanted to have them professionally cleaned before the first use.
The lady was very reluctant and actually told me that she did not recommend cleaning them, that they had large drums and that they did not have a gentle washing program. I have to wash them at home myself. I was very disappointed and quite upset. I would not go to the branch in Galerie Butovice, even though I have it on the way home from work.
