★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato pojišťovna je levná na trhu a podle toho vypadají služby. Jako poškozený při autonehodě od viníka pojištěného u Directu jsem si podle informací od operátorky půjčil náhradní vozidlo z půjčovny s tím, že jak bude auto opravené, pošlu fakturu za půjčovnu a proplatí mi to. No a jak došlo na věc, tak mi neproplatili 4,5 tis., kvůli pevným nákladům za ujeté km (cca 1600km). Na tuto skutečnost před zapůjčením vozu jsem nebyl několikrát vůbec informován i když jsme se dotazoval a i zpětně, když už jsem o tom věděl, tak operátorka mi to opět nesdělila. Pojišťovna tvrdí, že je vše správně, takže není chyba, když jsem o tom nebyl informován... na webu Direct.cz v podmínkách půjčení náhradního vozu o tom není také ani zmínka.. Jinak pro ověření jsem volal na svoji pojišťovnu a tam mi to ihned sdělili o tom proplacení. Takže doufejte, když Vás někdo nabourá, že není pojištěný u Directu, jinak budete platit i vy...

And as it turned out, they did not reimburse me 4.5 thousand, due to fixed costs per km traveled (approximately 1600 km). I was not informed of this fact at all several times before renting the car, even though we inquired and even retrospectively, when I already knew about it, the operator did not tell me again. The insurance company claims that everything is correct, so it is not a mistake if I was not informed about it ... on the Direct.cz website in the conditions of renting a replacement car there is no mention of it .. Otherwise, I called my insurance company for verification and there they immediately announced the reimbursement. So hope, if someone breaks you in, that he is not insured with Direct, otherwise you will also pay ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recenzi píšu jako pojišťovací makléř, který pro své klienty sjednává kromě pojištění velkých firem i pojištění domů, domácností a odpovědnosti občanů. Velmi se mi líbí nový produkt od Directu, kde nejsou skoro žádné limity pro některá rizika a pojištěné věci jako jinde, pojištění je velmi jednoduché a má ještě méně háčků než v minulosti, takže při pojistné události jsou klienti spokojeni, poj.události pojišťovna doposud řešila férově. Cenově jsou rovněž výhodní. Dále si u pojišťovny cením už několikaletý vstřícný a férový přístup, možnost kdykoliv pojistku přepracovat nebo vypovědět. Jsem ráda, že na trhu máme i tuto pojišťovnu, je radost s ní pracovat. Samozřejmě vždy a všude se najdou nespokojenci, ale s Directem je to minimální oproti jiným pojišťovnám. Podotýkám, že provizi máme cca stejnou jako u jiných pojišťoven, takže o peníze tady nejde - chci aby moji klienti byli spokojeni a pak vidím, že má práce má smysl a klienti se můžou zabývat tím, co je baví a ne pojištěním - to baví zase nás.

I note that our commission is about the same as with other insurance companies, so it's not about money here - I want my clients to be satisfied and then I see that my work makes sense and clients can deal with what they enjoy and not insurance - they enjoy it again our.
