Dům má v současné době rokokovou fasádu s bohatou štukovou výzdobou, pozdně barokní pískovcový portál a zachovanou mansardovou střechu se šindelovou krytinou. The origin of this house in Rokycany, which is called Dumetovsky, is supposed to have an origins in Gothic times. The first written mention, however, dates back to 1512, when Vavřinec Dumet bought it. During the devastating fire in 1784 the roof of the house was burned down, but the repair was not demanding, so in 1784 - 1787 the local school (which was completely destroyed by the fire) moved to the house. The house has a Rococo facade with a rich stucco decoration, late Baroque sandstone portal and a preserved mansard roof with shingle roofing.

One of the most beautiful buildings in the city is the Dumet House (Dumetovský dům) at the eastern end of the central square. The history of this house should go back to the Gothic. However, the first written record dates back to 1512, when Vavřinec Dumet bought it. During the devastating fire in 1784, the house burned down. After rebuilding, the school moved in here. Today, the town house presents itself with a Rococo façade with rich stucco decoration, late Baroque sandstone portal and preserved shingled roof with mansard.
