J	Jacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozytywna: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Czysta łazienka i toaleta. Internet działał bez zarzutu.. Negatywna: Wyczuwalna wilgoć w pokoju. Pokój w półmroku. Jeśli chodzi o niezgodność z opisem to piekarnika i kuchenki mikrofalowej tam nie znaleźliśmy - tylko 2 palnikowa kuchenka elektryczna. Kuchnia przypomina raczej schowek na szczotki niż kuchnię. Wygląd mieszkania cofa nas do czasów PRL-u. Kabina prysznicowa z wysokim brodzikiem. Zadeklarowana powierzchnia pokoju 59 m² wg mnie nawet powierzchnia całkowita mieszkania nie jest taka. Ale to akurat szczegół jak dla mnie. Informacje o udogodnieniach pokrywają się częściowo..
C	Christian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Parkplätze sind in der Nähe der Unterkunft zu finden. Wir haben immer einen Stellplatz gefunden. Die Lage ist auch recht gängig. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man alles in einer halben bis dreiviertel Stunde erreichen (z.B. Karlsbrücke). Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle sind aber auch direkt um die Ecke. In der Nähe gibt es auch genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants bzw Kneipen.. Negativ: Lattenrost im Bett ist kaputt und nur notdürftig mit Büchern stabilisiert. Daher etwas unbequem. Aber für ne kurze Zeit geht es schonmal. In der Dusche ist Schimmel. Wer sich vor sowas ekelt, dem würde ich abraten hier zu buchen. Auch die Küchenkammer ist jetzt nicht der Rede wert und man sollte nur sehr geringe Ansprüche haben..
C	Christian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Die Schlüsselübergabe hat wie beschrieben geklappt. Negativ: Das war offensichtlich die Privatwohnung die vermietet wurde. Das Bettzeug hat nicht frisch gerochen, auf dem Laken waren Haare und Staub. Ich habe es dann bevorzugt mir ein vernünftiges Hotelzimmer zu nehmen. Für 16 € die Nacht kann man natürlich nicht viel erwarten, ich glaube aber nicht dass ich dort gut geschlafen hätte..

P	Pavol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Satisfaction with accommodation. Very lovely staff. Good wifi. Close to downtown. Stayed for one night.. Negative: No possibility for legal parking after 8:00 PM for the guests (because of residential or commercial parking slots only)..
H	Héctor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: It was a very unique place to stay, we felt like home, there were board games to play, books, movies and cds, which made the place very cozy. Bed is huge. There are stores near by, specially a supermarket open until 00:00, which is always good. It’s plenty space on the flat. No kitchen but who cooks during vacations?. Negative: We ran out of toilet paper after one use but that’s something that rarely happens. The place at first was hard to find (at least for us). I made a mistake on the dates of the reservation, 5 minutes later I asked to change the dates, he said it was not possible and I had to make a new reservation for the dates without refund (or at least I haven’t received one since the booking one month ago) so I paid 4 nights and stayed 2..

There are some interesting book and board games if you are in such a things, though IIRC mostly in Czech language. Although it's on busy street the windows are on the opposite side and the place is calm and quiet. The tram station is close with a few stops to subway. Great value for the money.
