R	Roman Vápeník on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostelík Narození Panny Marie v Malé Chuchli je krásným bonbónkem na konci Lázeňské ulice. Je pozoruhodně zapuštěn pod hladinou potoka i vedlejší komunikace. Je v barokním stylu a je mi velice líto, že ani na velikonoční pondělí jsem nebyl schopen ho navštívit, protože i v tento sváteční den byl bohužel zavřený. The Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary in Malá Chuchle is a beautiful candy at the end of Lázeňská Street. It is remarkably sunk below the surface of the stream and the side road. It is in the Baroque style and I am very sorry that I was not able to visit it even on Easter Monday, because it was unfortunately closed on this holiday as well.

Pozdně barokní kostel Narození Panny Marie byl sice vysvěcen až v roce 1774, ale pravděpodobně nahradil předchozí raně gotický či dokonce románský kostelík, který byl už ve 13. století označován farní. Původní stavba se nedochovala, vzhledem ke značnému prosakování podzemních vod byla zbořena. Hlavní opravy barokního kostela probíhaly v letech 1860 - 1861, poté 1970 - 1971, naposledy byl kostel rekonstruován v letech 1994 - 1995. Stavba bez věže má obdélnou loď a čtvercový presbytář, uvnitř najdete mimo jiné rokokový oltář s obrazem Narození Panny Marie z roku 1774. The Late Baroque Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary was consecrated only in 1774, but it probably replaced the earlier Early Gothic or even Romanesque church, which was already a parish one in the 13th century. The original building has not been preserved - due to significant leakage of groundwater it was demolished. The main repairs of the Baroque church took place between 1860 - 1861, then 1970 - 1971, the church was reconstructed for the last time in 1994 - 1995. The building without a tower has a rectangular nave and a square presbytery. Inside you can find a rococo altar with a painting of the Birth of the Virgin from 1774.
