Bohužel za to, že je človek blbec, co vše řeší na poslední chvíli, se platí... Doporučuji se tomuto prodejci pro něhož je "největší prioritou spokojenost a vstřícnost k zákazníkovi a kvalita nabízených produktů ověřených výrobců" obloukem vyhnout. What was worse than their Chinese, brutally overpriced merchandise was the arrogance of the salesman. At least in the Flora store. Unfortunately, for being a jerk, what last-minute solution is all about ... I recommend to this seller to be "the highest priority customer satisfaction and friendliness and the quality of products offered by proven manufacturers" to avoid the arc.
V	Veronika Zimová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do servisu jsme přinesli telefon s nefunkčním dotykem. Šlo nám o výměnu displeje, který jsme si sami koupili a po servisu žádali zajištění výměny. Servis displej vyměnil, avšak displej neseděl a odstával, pravděpodobně kvůli špatnému nalepení. Po reklamaci nám přišel vzkaz, že displej je moc velký, do telefonu nepasuje a není možné ho tedy správně dolepit. Po vyzvednutí telefonu displej nesmyslně problikával a nefungovali spodní tlačítka. Reklamaci nám uznali způsobem, že telefon vrátí do původního stavu s původním displejem a vrátí peníze za opravu. Původní displej však nefunguje vůbec. Vše vyřizováno v OC EDEN. We brought the phone with a non-functional touch to the service. We were exchanging a display that we bought ourselves and asked for a replacement after the service. The service changed the display, but the display did not sit and go off, probably due to poor sticking. After the complaint, we received a message that the display is too large, it does not fit into the phone and can not be properly attached. After the phone was picked up, the screen flashed blinklessly and the lower buttons did not work. We have recognized the complaint in a way that the phone returns to its original state with the original display and returns the money for repair. However, the original display does not work at all. Everything is done in OC EDEN.
I	Inga Semyon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší servis, který je v dnešní době ještě možné dostat. Prodávají nefunkční předražené čínské kopie, které není možné vyreklamovat. Žádná komunikace, vstřícnost, ani se nesnaží zakrýt špatnou kvalitu produktů. Velmi lituji, že jsem se nechala napálit. Příště buď do kvalitní prodejny se značkovým zbožím, nebo na Sapu, kde alespoň budu počítat s mizernou kvalitou, ale za úplně jiné peníze. The worst service we can get today. They sell broken overpriced Chinese copies that cannot be claimed. No communication, helpfulness, nor does it try to conceal poor product quality. I very much regret that I let myself burn. Next time, either in a quality shop with branded goods or in Sapa, where at least I will count on poor quality, but for a completely different money.
