★ ★ ★ ★ ★ В целом прилично, но сделайте что то с нестабильным интернетом, в наше время мне кажется стыдно когда в отеле интернет каждые пару часов перестаёт работать. И решите вопрос с персоналом который входит в комнаты без разрешения.
In general, it is decent, but do something with the unstable Internet, nowadays it seems to me ashamed when the Internet in the hotel stops working every couple of hours. And solve the issue with the staff who enter the rooms without permission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location for the trips (Diana tower to the up, kolonáda one direction and the parks on the other side). Really appreciate it! The hotel has even their own restaurant for the guests. And the breakfast are amazing, done as a buffet. Recommended

Reception not available all time and people can't speak English at all , how come some one working in the reception and can't speak English !!!!!!
Also some body can speak English but very rude person and not polite at all !!
Very bad accommodation with that people
For sure I will never back to that hotel again
Also found a lot of hotels around it more good stuff and more cheaper
